Yogurt - 400 ml
ginger garlic paste - 1

salt Pepper - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
For Gravy :
Tomatoes - 4 large
Pureed Cream Salt - 400ml
Oil - 2 tbsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
bay leaves – 3
Whole garam
masala(optional)
Directions :
Get Chicken Meat online, Wash chicken pieces and pat them dry
with paper napkins. Apply salt, lemon juice on all side of the tikkas.
Marinate for at least half an hour. Apply some more lemon juice before
grilling on slow flame. Gravy Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or thick based
fry pan; add cumin powder, whole garam masala (if using), cinnamon stick and
bay leaf to it; cook till they splutter; Add pureed tomatoes . Cook tomato
gravy on medium heat till it becomes thick enough to coat the spoon/chopstick;
Add cream and salt; mix well. Place tikkas in gravy , cover with lid.
Cook on slow flame till the chicken is fully cooked through. Chicken
masala gravy is ready to serve hot with basmati rice, chapati or naan.
